Please ensure that a letter of referral and relevant bloods and radiographs are sent with the client or beforehand.

Ask the client not to feed the animal after 8pm the evening before their appointment.

Please ensure that your client has an idea of possible costs associated with referral. If required please phone for an estimate beforehand.

A map and directions can be obtained from this website or a copy can be sent to your practice by fax.

A brief overview of the case will be sent back to the referring vet usually within 48 hours of the appointment.

A detailed letter will follow once all diagnostics have been performed and results obtained.

All radiographs will be returned to the referring vet at the soonest opportunity.
